3 key activities for Better Sleep

Exercise - The more regular the better. Once a week is a good starting point. Start with what you enjoy and then incorporate things that will challenge you.

Get your hands busy - When you feel like dropping off (but it's not bedtime) get stuck into something manageable to give you a boost through the moment of fatigue to avoid napping. This will encourage tiredness come sleep time.

Create an aroma experience - Candles or essential oils for your diffuser or burner are all great ways to release aromatherapy into the room. Sit or lie and fully absorb yourself in your sensation of smell. Mmmmmm
